We camera the line before clearing it so you know which one you are dealing with. The fix for a root intrusion and the fix for an overloaded stormwater run are not remotely the same.
We do. We run new gas lines, connect cooktops, ovens and outdoor barbecue points, and issue the Queensland compliance certificate when the work is finished. In renovated Queenslanders the original gas run is often undersized for a modern cooktop plus a gas hot water unit. We check the total load before quoting. An undersized line quietly starves every appliance on it.
